2. What's your warranty for refrigeration units?
We will provide one year warranty for our all units. During warranty, we will offer free spare parts; Out of warranty, spare parts will be supplied for products life time.

3. What is your MOQ and delivery time for refrigeration units?
We can accept samples before bulk purchasing, so MOQ is 1 set; our delivery time for samples will be 3-5 days after payment, and 1~2 week for bulk purchasing.

 

4. What ambient temperature that your refrigeration units can survive?
Our refrigeration units perform well under ambient temperatures between -30C to +50C.

5. What's the requirement for vehicle generator(alternator) and the battery groups of TRF-200D and TRF-280D?
The battery driven units require vehicle generator to be at least 125A, and the battery groups to be over 120Ah.
